Rick Nash's Wish List

(2/16/12) There are five teams on the approved list as possible trade destinations for Rick Nash - he has a no-trade clause - according to the Columbus Dispatch. In the mix are the Bruins, Kings, Rangers, Sharks, and Leafs.  Other teams are not excluded, but these are the five believed to be in the running so far.

Over the last week Columbus GM Scott Howson attended a game between the Rangers and Flyers, and the team had scouts at the Capitals-Sharks game, as well as the Sens-Panthers tilt.

Interestingly, Nash, Jeff Carter, and Fedor Tyutin did not practice Thursday morning, which could possibly mean something is about to happen, or it could just be that the team is being cautious to avoid an injury.  Regardless, it feels like the hammer is about to drop in Columbus, which is good for the fantasy outlook of players who get dealt, but not so good for those who are left behind in the aftermath.
