Standard Spin: Sharks F Martin Havlat underwent surgery Wednesday and is out 6-8 weeks with a torn hamstring tendon.  It's just more frustration for Havlat owners who've patiently been waiting for him to come around.  Havlat has struggled to produce in San Jose, especially goals - just 2 in 26 games.  He won't be back until February, and his conditioning will be a factor upon his return, so if you have an IR option, use it.  Otherwise it might be best to cut your losses and shop the waiver wire.  (Dec.22)
