Standard Spin: Milan Michalek scored his 19th goal of the season in a 3-2 OT win over the Sabres Tuesday, but he collided with teammate Erik Karlsson and was forced to leave the game in the 2nd period.  He sustained a concussion on the play and is out Wednesday at least.  (Dec.14)
