Schenn, Read Back on Track

(3/9/12) Brayden Schenn hadn't scored in 9 games, but Thursday he got his 9th goal of the year - this one coming on the power play from Claude Giroux.  The goal scoring drought was his longest of the season.  Hockey poolers hope the marker is a sign that there is more to come from Schenn, especially if he is getting a shot to play alongside Giroux on the PP.  Matt Read also got his 19th goal of the year in the game.  Read now has 39 points in 63 games.  He has 3 goals and 4 points in his last 4 games, which is a nice up-tick after Read went quiet for most of February.
