Add Datsyuk, Toews to Injury Report

(2/21/12) More bad news for fantasy owners Tuesday, as Pavel Datsyuk underwent arthroscopic surgery on his knee and is out two weeks, according to the team's website.   Detroit coach Mike Babcock told reporters, "everything is real good.  He had a fragment in his knee, an old thing we wanted to clear up prior to playoff time...  This way we have an opportunity to get him going 100 percent before playoff time."

Babcock obviously doesn't have Datsyuk in his hockey pool... doesn't he know it's crunch time!  Maybe this will at least give Zetterberg a chance to get going, as he'll be called on to replace Datsyuk on the top line.

And another superstar battling injury is Chicago's Jonathan Toews.  According to ESPN, Toews is doubtful for Tuesday's game with a minor upper-body issue.  Hawks coach Joel Quenneville indicated it's not related to the hand injury that was nagging Toews prior to the All-star break, adding, "he's day-to-day... upper-body... there was no defining blow, I would say."
