VID: Salo Concussed, Marchand Suspended

Standard Spin: Brad Marchand has been suspended 5 games for his major clipping penalty on Sami Salo this past Saturday.  The Shanahammer deemed the low hit, which sent Salo head over heels crashing to the ice, "predatory."  Salo woke up with a headache, is being treated under the NHL's precautionary concussion program, and did not play Monday in Florida.  The Bruins respectfully disagreed with the assessment of Marchand's actions; they feel that the Bs' spitfire was defending himself.  Salo's injury status appears to be day-to-day.
